ELSEWHERE is a modern-fantasy comic anthropology series organized by me, Cleo C. Riggle. While still in its early stages, the project aims to have different artists release "batches" of comic issues at the same time. These issues will have separate plot lines but take place in the same world and era.

My first issue will follow a young witch named "Indie."
